Climate Partnership Regional Learning Event

The Australia Pacific Climate Partnership convened the inaugural regional learning event on Thursday 31 October 2019 at DFAT, Barton, Canberra.

Participants were invited from among climate change focal points from each Pacific post; representatives from each bilateral desk; representatives from key thematic areas and programs (infrastructure, education, health, agriculture, security, Pacific gender, disability); as well Sustainability and Climate Change Branch, Gender Equality Branch and Humanitarian Response, Risk and Recovery Branch.

Learning is central is the purpose and approach of the Climate Partnership. Future learning events will involve participatory reflections on lessons and monitoring data captured across the partnership.
