The Pacific Sea Level and Geodetic Monitoring Project, a component of the COSPPac project, is one of three selected case study teams at the Pacific Community (SPC) identified as part of an Action Research Project.

From October 2019, 12 research partners from across the international development sector have been participating in the ‘Enhancing Research Use in International Development Action Research Project,’ funded by the Research for Development Impact (RDI) Network. The 12 research partners include governmental organisations, the private sector, non-governmental organisations and universities.

This week, the three teams at SPC met in Suva and joined online by colleagues from Noumea to share learning and experiences on the generation and use of research and the opportunities to enhance research use at SPC. The others participating in this initiative are the Pacific Islands Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (PILNA) team and the Drifting Fish Aggregating Devices project.
